Event ID 15021 — HTTP Service SSL Availability
I'm having serious trouble with my Vista (Ult) x32 installation. I can't connect to any network. Backup and restore and many other crucial applications just hang. I thought it may have something to do with OneCare, tried to remove it, but failed. I found the cleanup tool and that just hangs too. Last thing that was install was .NET4.0, this also hangs when trying to remove. Event log has about 9 entries in the System log as above, and not much else. Can anyone suggest an appropriate course of action to resolve this please????? Very frustrated... TimGJSQL Server Consultant

Dale, Sorry but this is not resolved. I have tried the above suggestion but the netsh command did not display any certs an the fsc command did not indicate any bad files. I'm really a loss as what to do now. I've tried to rebuild but the DELL recovery utility fails even to format the C: partition! If you need the space please archive this, but as 'unresolved'.
